From helping friends to serving larger projects
Founder William Hunter began helping friends and local business owners improve websites, organize workflows, and solve repetitive operational problems. With prior military experience and a computer engineering background, he approached each project with a simple mindset: understand the real problem, keep the solution practical, and make the next step clear.
That early work grew into custom websites, CRM workflows, reporting tools, IT support, structured cabling coordination, and technical project support. Over time, KnC Automations expanded from small business help into larger opportunities, including government-contract capable work involving technology, infrastructure, and field execution.
Even as the work has grown, the goal has stayed the same: provide dependable, personal support without the confusion, delays, and one-size-fits-all approach that clients often experience with larger firms.
